Hi there! My name is Max Droz, and it is my desire to make your experience at The Color Studio and Salon the very best that it can be. I have been a hairstylist in the North Dallas area for over 15 years. I have trained with some of the nation's top stylists and have been involved in advanced education since I was a student in beauty school. As a national educator and platform artist for Paul Mitchell and now as a trainer for Goldwell, I have always loved educating hairdressers and salons in the latest techniques and advances in technology. However, my first love and absolute favorite thing to do is give the best possible service to clients in the salon. I consider myself very blessed to have the opportunity to touch and serve people in this industry. I look forward to your visit to our amazing salon, and will continue to train myself and our staff to serve you.

Hi, my name is Denise VanDeusen. I am a passionate, free spirited stylist. I've been in the industry for over 30 years. I've been a Rusk educator and platform artist. I've also owned 2 salons. I still love my career. I love and have fun with my clients and give them an incredible experience. My client base is solid, but always room for more. Most of my new business is referrals from current clients. I feel that customer service is first. I stay busy all day with haircuts, color, highlights, and perms. I'm a great listener. I will help you get the exact look you are looking for.

In the 25 plus years I've worked as a stylist in the North Dallas area, I've seen styles come and go and watched as clients have grown from young children into adults. As their lives evolved, I've kept their hair cuts and color new and comfortable. We've grown and changed together, but no matter what the trends are, people want to feel good and look good. That's where I come in.

I've been at The Color Studio for six years, but in my world, no day is the same. No client is the same. That's what makes this industry so exciting.

Paul Mitchell Advanced Academy member, Senior Associate, and Paul Mitchell National Educator, Kent Skinner brings a unique blend of artistry, information and humor to the world of hairdressing and to The Color Studio & Salon. He holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked with such renowned artists as Jeanne Braa, Robert Cromeans, Stephanie Kocielski, and John and Suzanne Chadwick. He has attended Scott Cole and Linda Yodice¹s Colorcutting USA. Kent has had many years of experience as a successful salon owner and as an educator and platform artist for Paul Mitchell. Kent is also a professional musician and critically acclaimed performance artist which lends a special dynamic to his stage and salon energy. He firmly believes in beauty as therapy for himself and his guests.

I am Nancy Hawes and been in the fabulous "Beauty Business" since 1969. I have moved a lot, having held license in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Hawaii. I have been at The Color Studio since March 2001. The job has never been "work" and I love it.

I am now trained and offer hair extensions using Remy 100% human hair. Babe extensions with no heat or chemicals or glue or sewing. Very safe for the hair.

I am a licensed cosmetology instructor. I've studied in New York, California and Texas. I taught cosmetology for one year with Aladdin Beauty College in Sherman, Tx. I have been a practicing stylist for 30 years. I was a salon owner for 20 years. I have trained with many international styling groups and was an educator for Graham Webb International when they moved into the U.S. I have 5 years experience in theater and specialize in all facets and periods of hair dressing.

Hi, I'm Terry. I've had 28 fun years doing hair, meeting lots of people and making lots of friends. My clients are my friends. I like to learn and meet new people. I have owned and operated salons over the years. I also designed and operated the very first children's only hair salon in Dallas, known as Raz Mataz. I have been involved in hair shows throughout the years and attend classes to keep learning. My specialty is color. I have been married to a great person for 28 years and have a wonderful family. Life is good.

Life is art. You can't separate the artist from the way she views the world. Hair design is an extension of the creative force that brings out the individual's unique beauty and personality.

I have spent many years in the cosmetology field, doing everything from platform cutting and color to owning my own salon for eleven years. I particularly love creating a look that allows the outside to reflect a person's true vision of who they are inside. My specialties are cutting and custom/corrective hair color. I have trained extensively over the years, continuing to take classes as well as teaching others. We grow as stylists and artists as we share knowledge, passion and enthusiasm.

I've been doing hair in the U.S. since the year 2000. I was trained at Toni & Guy as a color specialist. I first became an artist as a 13 year old boy doing oil paintings, drawings and sculptors. I loved it so much that I started to branch out and do hair. My style icons are Maria Felix and Betty Davis. I take inspiration of the past and apply it to today. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and happy about my work. I believe that each and every one of us are important and communication is the key to getting the best result. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me.

Hi, I am Robin Gage and I've had the pleasure of styling hair for 20 plus years. Anything is possible but my main objective is to give you that look that is especially designed, tailored made for you. I consider your type of hair (thick or thin - coarse or fine), face shape, natural skin tone, even eye color when advising my client on the best choices for them. Not only will an excellent hairstyle stand out but will look fantastic when you don't have the time or energy to manage. I take my time to consult, cut & color, style and educate my clients on products, styling tools, and the easiest way to care for their hair. Customer service is my strong suit. I like to start with a personalized consultation to find what my client is really looking for. After the cut, it is important to offer styling tips and recommend the right products so your style work every day to keep you looking as good as when you left the salon.

I have been in the cosmetology business for 30 years, 10 as a salon owner. Classes and seminars keep me current in creative and innovative color and styling techniques. I have taught color and corrective color as an educator in salons for several years. I am certified in Brazilian Keratin Treatment.

I love working in the Color Studio and Salon. It is like working at a hair show with so many talented artists to bounce ideas off of and share knowledge with. The salon is upbeat and friendly and makes everyone feel welcome.

Hi! My name is Tracy O'Donoghue. I have been a hairstylist in the Dallas area for almost 20 years. My husband and I relocated to the United States from my native country, South Africa. I was initially trained in South Africa and worked there for a few years, before we relocated to the US.

I love working with people and have a very balanced clientele, including children, ladies, and gents; young and old! I learn so much each and every day from my clients and peers, which is why I love working in an open salon environment.

I keep up to date with continuing my stylist education so that I can provide you with the latest trends and keep you properly informed. I enjoy everything from cutting, styling, coloring, permanent waves, and my new endeavor "the Brazilian Treatment". I take time to listen to my clients needs and always make sure we are on the same page before proceeding.

Hello, my name is Courtni Degener.

I received my cosmetology license and education at the Paul Mitchell School and graduated in the honors program as one of the only 13 students chosen from the entire 300 students in our class. I also have had the amazing opportunity to be able to work side by side with the
Paul Mitchell professional platform artists during a trip to the Paul Mitchell art and culture celebration, "The Gathering", as one of my awards. Experience, knowledge, and education are all of high priority to me, which is why I am always continually learning the up-to-date styles and trends so I can grow as a stylist to become the best that I can be.

I love being a stylist because I get to help people feel radiant, and I get to watch them leave more confident than before. Seeing the smiles on my clients' face gives me the greatest satisfaction. Just knowing that I can help to brighten someone's day with just a color or hair cut is my favorite part of the job.

My specialties include eye lash extensions and hair straightening treatments, such as the Brazilian Blowout and Curl interrupted. Jennifer was certain from the time she was young and doing updos on her Barbies that she wanted to grow up and not only do hair, but make people feel great about the way they look. She brings many assets to The Color Studio, especially her impeccable attention to detail. She was proven to be a true master of her craft which includes a range from contemporary classic to an off the wall funky avant-garde style. With additional talents encompassing not only precision cutting, she is also armed with a brilliant gift for color.

She is equally skilled in corrective coloring, and is proficient when it comes to waxing and especially sugaring. Jen realizes its not just how you look and feel when you leave her chair but the "Experience" you have while in the chair and in the atmosphere of The Color Studio and Salon.

Hi, my name is Jennifer. For the past 17 years I have been able to do what I love with great passion – make my clients look good and feel great about them selves! My goal is to make sure each client loves their hair when they leave our salon and well after they get home.

When I’m not working, my second greatest passion is traveling to and attending WWE events and matches with my fiancé.
