Hi there! My name is Max Droz, and it is my desire to make your experience at The Color Studio and Salon the very best that it can be. I have been a hairstylist in the North Dallas area for over 15 years. I have trained with some of the nation's top stylists and have been involved in advanced education since I was a student in beauty school. As a national educator and platform artist for Paul Mitchell and now as a trainer for Goldwell, I have always loved educating hairdressers and salons in the latest techniques and advances in technology. However, my first love and absolute favorite thing to do is give the best possible service to clients in the salon. I consider myself very blessed to have the opportunity to touch and serve people in this industry. I am Jeff Comess. I have 12 years experience as a haircolorist and stylist. The past 12 years have been a wonderful trip in "Hair Land"! My past experiences have taken me from managing salons to working as an educator for Goldwell Haircolor which not only gave me the opportunity to strengthen my own knowledge of haircolor, but allowed me to educate other stylists as well. I take great pride in my work and truly appreciate every person that allows me the honor of doing their hair. I believe customer service is a dying art, however, it is very much alive and well in my chair! You, the customer, are the most important person in my world and I will do everything I can to trill you with our results. I've been a cosmetologist for four years, and I'm loving every minute of it. I trained at the Paul Mitchell School here in Dallas. I have always been an artist and singer, so hair styling is another way to express myself. I enjoy making people feel good about themselves, and want you to have a great experience in my chair.

I love designing classic hair styles or pushing the envelope a bit to do something with a little edge. Growing up with my mom and three sisters, I have been doing hair for a long time. I love creating special effects for bridal parties and prom up-dos. As well as cutting and hair color, I do make-up and waxing.

I'm Scott Hirschler, a stylist relatively new to Dallas. I moved here a year ago for a new adventure in my life. I was born and raised in the Oklahoma City metro. I have been doing hair now for four years and specialize in classic and alternative styles. Trained and schooled in Oklahoma City, I was able to learn under top industry brands including Aveda, Goldwell, Prive' and Schwarzkopf.

Personally I'm an easy going, single guy who resides in the Addison area. I look forward to meeting more of you in Dallas and building great personal and professional relationships.

I literally grew up in this business. After going through the cosmetology program during high school, I got my license at 17. I came to Dallas from Mesquite to work at RiDon¹s as an apprentice for 1 1/2 years. When The Color Studio took over, I stayed and have been happy here every since, continuing my education through many classes and advanced seminars.

I am an artist and love to draw so hair is my favorite canvas in many ways. Every cut and color is a new creation. I can¹t imagine doing anything better with my artistic abilities than making people feel better about themselves every day, over and over again. I absolutely love what I do and can imagine doing it for a very long time.

Hi, my name is Denise VanDeusen. I am a passionate, free spirited stylist. I've been in the industry for over 30 years. I've been a Rusk educator and platform artist. I've also owned 2 salons. I still love my career. I love and have fun with my clients and give them an incredible experience. My client base is solid, but always room for more. Most of my new business is referrals from current clients. I feel that customer service is first. I stay busy all day with haircuts, color, highlights, and perms. I'm a great listener. I will help you get the exact look you are looking for.

In the 25 plus years I've worked as a stylist in the North Dallas area, I've seen styles come and go and watched as clients have grown from young children into adults. As their lives evolved, I've kept their hair cuts and color new and comfortable. We've grown and changed together, but no matter what the trends are, people want to feel good and look good. That's where I come in.

Paul Mitchell Advanced Academy member, Senior Associate, and Paul Mitchell National Educator, Kent Skinner brings a unique blend of artistry, information and humor to the world of hairdressing and to The Color Studio & Salon. He holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked with such renowned artists as Jeanne Braa, Robert Cromeans, Stephanie Kocielski, and John and Suzanne Chadwick. He has attended Scott Cole and Linda Yodice¹s Colorcutting USA. Kent has had many years of experience as a successful salon owner and as an educator and platform artist for Paul Mitchell. Kent is also a professional musician and critically acclaimed performance artist which lends a special dynamic to his stage and salon energy. He firmly believes in beauty as therapy for himself and his guests.

Hello Dallas! I'm Miriam Ortiz. I've been at The Color Studio for almost 2 years. It's been a great experience that I truly appreciate. I've been a stylist/colorist for 8 years. I love to give great customer service and make hair beautiful. I have a wide variety of skills... cutting; coloring; upstyles for all occasions; a great listener and communicator. I've had advanced classes and training from top educators like stylists from Redkin, Bumble & Bumble, Paul Mitchell, Toni & Guy, Goldwell and Wella. I have a passion for life. I am Nancy Hawes and been in the fabulous "Beauty Business" since 1969. I have moved a lot, having held license in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Hawaii. I have been at The Color Studio since March 2001. The job has never been "work" and I love it.

I never wake up and think: I don't want to go to work today. I love that every day is different‹new challenges, new people, new ways to challenge my creativity.

I attended Aladdin Beauty School in Dallas, graduating in 1985. Since then I have had continuing education at Vidal Sasson in Santa Monica, California and have taken part in many classes and seminars to stay current and on the cutting edge of hair fashions. I like all aspects of my job, but especially enjoy chemical services, including perms and color.

I have worked for 15 years in the same location. Many of my clients have been with me so long they feel like family. I want every person who sits in my chair to feel comfortable, respected and valued. I want each client not only to look better when they leave the salon than when they came in.

I am a licensed cosmetology instructor. I've studied in New York, California and Texas. I taught cosmetology for one year with Aladdin Beauty College in Sherman, Tx. I have been a practicing stylist for 30 years. I was a salon owner for 20 years. I have trained with many international styling groups and was an educator for Graham Webb International when they moved into the U.S. I have 5 years experience in theater and specialize in all facets and periods of hair dressing.

Hi, I'm Terry. I've had 28 fun years doing hair, meeting lots of people and making lots of friends. My clients are my friends. I like to learn and meet new people. I have owned and operated salons over the years. I also designed and operated the very first children's only hair salon in Dallas, known as Raz Mataz. I have been involved in hair shows throughout the years and attend classes to keep learning. My specialty is color. I have been married to a great person for 28 years and have a wonderful family. Life is good.

I have spent many years in the cosmetology field, doing everything from platform cutting and color to owning my own salon for eleven years. I particularly love creating a look that allows the outside to reflect a person's true vision of who they are inside. My specialties are cutting and custom/corrective hair color. I have trained extensively over the years, continuing to take classes as well as teaching others. We grow as stylists and artists as we share knowledge, passion and enthusiasm.

I've been doing hair in the U.S. since the year 2000. I was trained at Toni & Guy as a color specialist. I first became an artist as a 13 year old boy doing oil paintings, drawings and sculptors. I loved it so much that I started to branch out and do hair. My style icons are Maria Felix and Betty Davis. I take inspiration of the past and apply it to today. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and happy about my work. I believe that each and every one of us are important and communication is the key to getting the best result. I specialize in curly textures and now offer the Brazilian Keratin Treatment for multi-textured hair. I offer color services, cutting, and up-dos for formals, with free consultation on most services.
