Hello! My name is Brittany and I am so pleased to be working at The Color Studio & Salon. As a receptionist, I strive to make sure that every client is satisfied in and outside of the Salon. I have the best job ever! Not only do I get to meet new people and make them feel good about themselves, I get to be artistic and do what I love. I've always worked with hair. Looking back, my younger sister and my dolls were my first clients. Sorry, Jen, for the really short haircut when you were 3!

I attended cosmetology class in high school while working part time as a receptionist for Visable Changes. At L'Image Salon, I apprenticed with one of the top stylists in Texas. The one-on-one training, classes and magazine photo shoots gave me knowledge and confidence to be the stylist and make-up artist I am today. My time working at The Grand Spa taught me excellent communication skills and showed me that special occasion hair and make-up come very naturally to me. Since then I have helped many homecoming/prom girls and brides to feel beautiful on their very important days.

For the last 12 years, The Color Studio has become my home. I've received top color and cutting education from the national educators that are a part of our team. If I could sum up The Color Studio, it would be family--a family of fun, creative and talented stylists who learn from one another. I am blessed to be able to share my skills with others. Hi. My name is Angie Berry, your professional hair expert. I have been in the cosmetology business for 12 years, bringing your creative vision to life.

My career started in New York in the early 1990's and has continued in the Dallas area for the past 7 years. I actively attend nationwide hair shows as well as continuing education classes to keep updated on current styles, colors and techniques. I am skilled in all hair types.

I love the art of designing hair for individual clients. My prior background working in floral designing and arrangement lets me bring a unique perspective to my current profession. Line and color and visual appeal are important in styling both perfect hair and creating a beautiful bouquet.
I trained at the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology Career Center and have been working in the salon for 3 years. The extensive education and the experience I've gained at The Color Studio have sharpened my love of creating great hair styles just for you. I especially enjoy doing updos for special occasions!

Hello Dallas,

My name is Jorge Dohnert. I have lived here in this great city for 4 years now and loving every minute of it. Before Dallas, I grew up in the beautiful state of Colorado in Colorado Springs. I have been behind the chair for 16 years now and counting. Also, I was raised in the salon since I was 8 years old; my mom was a stylist and my instructor when I went to beauty school. I had a great fortune of her teaching me all that she knows and pushing me all that she knows, as well as, pushing me to be the best stylist that I can be. To this day, even though she has retired from being behind the chair, I can always turn to her for advice on the beauty business.

Of all the tasks that I perform at the salon; the art of cutting and coloring are my favorite. This is beause I can actually see the changes in the aperance of my guests. I am pleased to say that I have acquired advanced education and knowedge in coloring and cutting.

I have been a three-time state champion in Colorado for "Hair by Night", which is a competition in the art of creating very elaborate up-dos, with unique color and hair pieces. I strongly believe that every aspect of the beauty industry is an art form. I enjoy my trade and love seeking new knowledge to improve my technique behind the chair. With over 12+ years of experience, I have worked as a hair stylist and colorist in some of the country's most upscale salons. My work has been featured on the cover of "The Improper Bostonian" and recognized in "Stuff at Night" magazine. I have been a nationally selected recipient for awards in "Goldwell Project Glossary" for 2002 and 2003. I have received advance training with several industry recognized brands such as "Goldwell" which I proudly use in this salon, "Rusk" and "Framesi".

My passion for hair comes from the desire to make people feel great about themselves. Known for cuts and color, my hairstyles are also meticulously tailored to bring out the best facial features for each client.

Some of my training utilizes facial structure, hair texture and skin tone to select the best appropriate style. My skills are not only limited to cutting and coloring, I also have a unique ability to create seamless updos for special occasions and weddings.

Hi, My name is Elizabeth, I have just moved to Dallas from Seattle. I am really looking forward to exploring this sunny and exciting city! I have been a stylist for 15 years and can't imagine another career. I love doing color, corrective color, curly hair and extensions. I really love big changes and make-overs. Embrace your hair! That's my message to my clients. I have been a hairstylist for almost ten years and I absolutely love what I do. My name is Laurel Weko. I moved to Dallas from Indianapolis a little over a year ago, where I studied cosmetology and got my start in the hair and beauty industry. After school I completed a nine month apprenticeship under a master stylist in one of the top salons in Indianapolis and the nation.

I love creating multi-dimensional hair color and highlights... and blondes are my specialty. I have experience with all types of hair textures from curly to straight, men and women.
